What is CLAT?
CLAT or Common Law Admission Test is an exam held by a chosen university (NUALS, Kerala in 2018) for admission in India’s 19 National Law Universities for Undergraduate and post Graduate Degree programs in law.
The notification is usually released around December and the exams might be held in May of the proceeding year.
For this article we only focus on the Undergraduate Program.
What are the minimum qualifications for appearing in CLAT?
You must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exams with a minimum of 45% marks for non-SC/ST candidates, and minimum 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Candidates who are appearing/have appeared in the qualifying exams but have not received their results may also apply.
